At KialaRise, we strive to provide the best products and customer experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all customers. Please read the policy below for our international customers:
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation requests might not be possible as the order could have entered processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email or through our contact page. Once your cancellation is confirmed, please return the items unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. For faulty or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
General Policy
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. We do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items resulting from normal use or misuse.
Restocking Fee
If you return an item after the 30-day window or for a non-approved reason, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for the return. You must receive our approval before returning the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the order number and shipping name for efficient processing.
Refund Timing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered damage if the product inside is in good condition.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, KialaRise is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other factors. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Important Notes for All Customers
• Refunds for Unused, Unworn, and Undamaged Items will be processed in full, according to the above guidelines.
• For Damaged or Faulty Items, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
• Currency & Transaction Fees: Any fees for currency conversion or foreign transactions will be your responsibility.
