Are your perfumes original?
Our perfumes are inspired by popular designer and niche fragrances. While not original branded perfumes, our high-quality oils match up to 99% of the scent, offering great quality at a affordable price.
Kiala Rise offers an exclusive line of perfumes, independently created with care and passion, made in France but sold here Portugal. Each fragrance has its own unique identity and signature.
Are you affiliated with the original brands?
No, we are completely independent and have no connection to the original brands. Our perfumes are uniquely developed using carefully sourced oils and ingredients in our own laboratories.
How long does the scent last?
Our Eau de Parfum typically lasts 8 to 10 hours on the skin and up to 3 to 4 days on clothing. Longevity may vary depending on skin type, scent, and application method. For a longer-lasting fragrance, apply on moisturized skin or layer with our scent-free argan oil, and avoid rubbing after spraying or applying.
How long does a 10ml bottle last?
A 10ml bottle provides about 80–100 sprays. With daily use of 5 sprays, it lasts roughly 15–20 days.
What are warm spots and why are they important?
Warm spots are areas where blood vessels are close to the skin, like wrists, neck, behind ears, inside elbows and knees. Heat intensifies and helps the scent last longer.
How do I apply perfume best?
Spray on warm spots, avoid rubbing as it breaks down the fragrance. For longer-lasting scent, apply a little vaseline or a neutral oil on your skin before spraying.
What bottle sizes do you offer?
•1ml tester: perfect for trying out new scents
• 2ml sample: ideal for single use or travel
• 10ml spray or roll-on: travel-friendly, refillable, and perfect for daily use
• Larger bottles (33ml, 50ml, 100ml+): available on request
Can I create my own fragrance set?
Yes! You can build your own discovery set or choose individual scents.
What if a fragrance is sold out?

ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Add your desired products to the cart and follow the checkout steps. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MB WAY, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, etc.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us within 2 hours to modify your order. After that, your package may already be processed.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us via email or the contact form.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees start from €3,50. Free shipping on orders over €35. Below this amount, a fixed shipping fee applies.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Mainland Portugal, Mainland Spain, and the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. For other countries, please contact us.
My order is delayed. What now?
Check your tracking link. If the package is stuck or you haven’t received updates, contact us and we’ll assist you.
What if my perfume arrives damaged?
Send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will work on a solution.
Is same-day delivery available?
Yes! For customers in Lisbon and surroundings, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 22:00. Otherwise, delivery takes up to 48 hours.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return a perfume?
Due to hygiene reasons, only unopened products can be returned within 14 days.
Who pays return shipping?
Return costs are your responsibility, unless the product was damaged or sent incorrectly.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are possible only for unopened products within 14 days. Contact us to arrange this.
What if I’m not satisfied?
We always do our best to include a free 1ml sample with your order. However, we recommend trying our 2ml testers first to avoid return costs and ensure you're happy with your choice. If you're still not satisfied, feel free to contact us — we'll find a solution together.
USAGE & TIPS
How do I apply perfume properly?
Spray on warm spots like neck, wrists, and inside elbows. For longer-lasting scent, apply a little vaseline before spraying.
Can I spray perfume on clothes?
Yes, but always test on a small, hidden area first. Some fabrics can discolor.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our perfumes are cruelty-free and mostly vegan.
